Preservahouse was founded through the desire to provide a problem-free, personal service.  We keep your home looking great and shelter you, and your wallet, from surprise repairs. We constantly strive to earn your continued business with each and every service visit. Our goal is to provide you with extraordinary service while treating your home with the utmost care.

 

• At our initial no-cost visit, we will meet with you to discuss your home’s needs and conduct a thorough inspection to provide us with a baseline of your home’s condition.

• Then we prepare your customized maintenance plan.  We provide a complete, itemized proposal of what needs to be done and what it will cost.

• Upon acceptance of the plan, the repair work is done first. Then you move to a low-cost maintenance program of regular service visits, and we continually identify areas that require remedial attention.

• We will schedule and oversee all authorized services on your behalf, keeping you informed of the progress.
